About us
In 1986 we discovered an idyllically situated village in Zurich's wine region as well as our passion for a farm. On our farm the cows (from Simmental), pigs and fowls lead a happy life and enjoy their daily walks in the fields. Our crop is brought up organically. Once upon a time there was a vineyard and a fruit garden located on the south facing forest border zone, which we have replanted.
We are a small team caring for our vineyard and fruit garden with a lot of patience and manual labour according to the BIO-SUISSE guidelines.
We use the natural and original resources in the area and mature a
near-natural product. Our speciality is the in the meantime well-known delicious Ice wine. It is a delightful and exquisite noble sweet wine, which carries on a two hundred years-old tradition . This wine with its harmony of fruity sweetness and pleasant bitterness has inspired many a wine connoisseur.
