Noble Brandy
Since 1993 our brandy is made from Pinot-Noir grapes and has been stored in best quality “Limousine” barrels in which our Ice wine was formerly fermented. The discreetly fragrant bouquet is associated with fine oak and ripe fruits. A beautiful affirmation in the palate of a soft and round body. We make sure that our brandies do not contain any caramel colourings to make them more ductile or enhance their natural colour.
Spirits
They possess intense characteristics. The healthy and fully ripe fruits are handpicked and transformed into spirits with the greatest care.
